These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Service Fees & Payment

At ACAPEDIA we have a clear fee structure for the services we provide and we intend to be transparent with the students about all the fees they need to consider when applying at ACAPEDIA. For that matter:

  • The service fees will be agreed in advance by the student and ACAPEDIA team.
  • The student shall pay the fees and expenses at the rate agreed with ACAPEDIA consultants.
  • The billing process will be under the control of ACAPEDIA International Higher Education Consultancy who shall send an invoice to the student for consultancy services.
  • Payments must be made directly to ACAPEDIA International Higher Educational Consultancy.
  • ACAPEDIA Consultancy reserves the right to change the rates at any time, provided ACAPEDIA gives the student prior written notice of any changes.

Application Fees

We provide a clear structure about the cost of our services.

  • The fees will be divided into 2 parts:
    1. Administration fees, which will be requested in advance for submitting the applications to the universities.
    2. Acceptance fees, which will be requested after securing an acceptance for an admission from a university.
  • The cost of the service will be determined and agreed on based on the number of requested universities before submitting any application.
  • Any additional fee requested by the universities shall be added to the total amount of the service fee.
  • Applicants will be only entitled to pay the agreed amount of the fees
  • All invoices shall be issued from and paid directly to ACAPIDIA as instructed by the financial department.
  • ACAPIDIA reserves the right to change the prices at any time as it deems appropriate for the requested service, detailing the student with prior written notice of any change to be made

Cancellation Policy

ACAPEDIA has the right to terminate its services to the student without notifying him/her and without coerce ACAPEDIA to refund any paid administrative fees if:

  • The student has provided false document, fallacious information or incorrect data.
  • If any of the files that have been provided by the student contain any kind of computer viruses or spy software that could potentially leads to a major deficiency to our system and data security structure.
  • In case the student’s application has been rejected/not accepted from the universities that have been agreed to contact with ACAPEDIA. In this case, ACAPEDIA will notify the student about the university’s decision.
  • If the student does not want to carry on with his/her application.

General

ACAPEDIA International Higher Education Consultancy reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions. ACAPEDIA, will however, notify you in writing of any changes. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Director of ACAPEDIA, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by you. No variations or alteration of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by the Director of ACAPEDIA.
